We work with several different designers and architects in the Wilmington, NC area. We can help you choose the best  one for your project depending on the location, style, and scope of your project.

Once  we have a rough plan selected we can work with you and the designer to ensure that all of the details are well thought out, and that you are fully informed of the options available.

We take a personal interest in every home we build.  We take great care and pride in personally visiting our job sites on a daily basis most of the time, and our subcontractors are carefully selected and have been with us for many years in most cases. 

We encourage you to visit the job site during the process and to participate in reviewing the construction along the way to make sure we are on the right track. 

1. How much does a custom home cost? A. This  depends on so many factors that there is no simple answer. Considerations include foundation type, flood zone, local permit costs, type of interior and exterior finishes, and many more. We are happy to discuss these considerations with you and help you find a solution that fits your budget.
